I remember as a kid having my birthday party at the Schlossman YMCA Rock Climbing Wall! It was almost a tradition in my family! My older sister had her birthday there, I couldn’t wait until I had my birthday as well! All my friend gathering together, cheering each other on, trying our hardest, and seeing who could make it the furthest! After we climbed and exhausted ourselves on the wall, it was up to the party room to eat pizza and open presents!
It’s awesome to see one of my favorite childhood memories play itself out at Fargo Climbing on almost a weekly basis! Parents and the birthday kid getting in early to set up the party room, making sure everything is perfect, and the excitement as the first guests come in. Watching them run around and point out different climbs they want to do!
So we thought we’d put together a little guide of tips & tricks to throwing the ultimate birthday party at Fargo Climbing!
Size doesn’t matter! Whether it’s you and a couple friends, or you and your closest 20 friends we have space and options for all parties!
Food! When you throw a party at Fargo Climbing you aren’t limited to your options! We’ve seen it all, from sushi to sandwiches! Pizza and ice cream! Corn dogs and chips & salsa! Whatever you want to bring in for your big day we allow it! If you need extra refreshments we’ve got you covered with chips, crackers, Gatorade, juice pouches, and more! Parents, if you need a little caffeine boost to keep your energy up, we have Red Bull and Celsius available!
Tables and chairs galore! We have enough seating and options for 20+ visitors! Let us help you set up the party however you’d like! The party room is yours! Go crazy with decorations & games! We also have a 65” smart tv available!
Let them explore on their own, or let our staff lead them in games! From racing up the wall to scavenger hunts for plushies! Our staff can help focus and give your party direction!
Don’t worry about the mess! Your focus is on throwing the ultimate birthday party! All we ask is that you get what you need out of the party room! Let us handle the clean up!
